AXESS Project: IHF attended the 2nd meeting in Pescara, Italy
The 2nd meeting of AXESS (Acquisition of Key Competences for Economic and Social Sustainability) was held in Pescara, Italy on May 3rd and 4th; IHF joined the Consortium composed by 8 partners from 7 European countries (Belgium, Greece, Italy, Republic of Macedonia, Romania, Slovakia, Spain).
AXESS is a European Project co-funded by the Erasmus Plus Programme of the European Commission, Key Action 2, with the aim of developing and validating innovative trainings to improve digital competences of European adults, with a particular focus on low-skilled adult women.
During the meeting, partners analysed results reached so far and planned tasks and activities to be carry out in the next months. Specifically, partners revised all activities under IO1 – OER Platform & Virtual Community and discussed key findings and takeaways emerged under IO2 – Mapping of Digital Skills and Competences, by analysing specific situations in the domain of digital skills of adult women within countries represented in the Consortium and in Europe as a whole. Furthermore, the meeting represented the opportunity to finalise the list of training courses to be developed under IO3 – AXESS content in 7 languages.
In the AXESS project, IHF asbl will carry out the analysis of the EU situation in the domain of digital skills for adult women, support project management and carry out dissemination and exploitation activities at EU level.
